By booking with Pawna Lake View Camp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
To confirm a booking, guests must pay 50% of the total amount in advance.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the campsite during check-in.
Booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the booking is canceled at least 2 days (48 hours) before check-in, the full amount will be refunded.
If the booking is canceled less than 2 days before check-in, the 50% advance payment will not be refunded.
In case the campsite cancels the booking due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unavoidable reason, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
4. Guest Responsibility
Guests must carry valid government ID proof at the time of check-in.
Any damage to camp property will be charged to the guest responsible.
Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety & Conduct
Swimming in Pawna Lake is strictly not allowed.
Guests are expected to maintain peaceful behavior and respect fellow campers.
Playing loud music beyond permissible hours is not allowed.
Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.
6. Weather & Natural Conditions
Camping is a nature-based activity. Weather conditions (rain, cold, wind, etc.) are beyond our control.
No refund will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions.
7. Rights of Management
Management reserves the right to deny entry or cancel bookings for guests who do not follow the camp rules.
Food menu, activities, or facilities may change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
